1. SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST AND BUDGET CONTROLLER Education/Qualification Required: FCA / FCCA / FCMA qualified. Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance/budgeting. Key Skills & Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting and Capex planning in collaboration with GMs and department heads. Develop rolling forecasts for occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Conduct monthly P&L reviews and drive variance analysis with corrective actions. Prepare feasibility studies for new projects and renovations. Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and working capital optimization across the properties. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable to improve cash conversion cycle. Monitor daily fund management. Control operational costs including COGS and labour cost efficiency. Enforce procurement controls and review major expenditures.
