Kitchen Steward (Male) Role Summary: Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen area, wash dishes, and support kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Clean, sanitize, and store all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishware. Operate commercial dishwashers and maintain hygiene standards in food prep areas. Assist in waste disposal and maintain kitchen cleanliness according to hotel standards. 2. Housekeeping Room Attendant (Male) Role Summary: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing of guest rooms. Change bed linens, make beds, and restock room amenities/towels.
