STORE MANAGER Job Summary: We’re seeking a results-driven professional Store Manager who can inspire teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance while maintaining the highest standards of retail excellence. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field MBA preferred Experience Required: 6–8 years of experience in shopping mall, retail, or commercial property management Minimum 3 years in a managerial role SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in team management, budgeting, and operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shopping mall branch Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff and department heads Ensure high standards of customer service and tenant satisfaction Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets Manage budgets, operating expenses, and branch profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for senior management Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and security of the branch
