Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Raise, track, and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs). Coordinate inspections with third-party testing bodies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
