ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER – OPERATIONS (CAR RENTAL & LEASING) Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field Experience Required: 7+ years of UAE car rental/fleet operations experience Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position Key Skills & Requirements: Strong leadership, analytical & problem-solving skills Knowledge of RTA regulations and fleet management systems Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day car rental operations across branches Maximize fleet utilization and operational efficiency Manage vehicle allocation, maintenance & availability Lead and develop operations, fleet & driver teams Ensure exceptional customer service and issue resolution Monitor KPIs, budgets & operational performance Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company SOPs
