1. PLANT OPERATOR Education Required: DAE Chemical Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Skills Required: Plant Operations Field Activities Utility Monitoring Safety SOPs Housekeeping Record Keeping Key Responsibilities: Report to Shift Engineer Responsible for all field activities of the plant Check levels of raw material and utilities Unload off specs acid into cubitainer 16V4 Maintain levels of cooling water and process water tanks Purge oleum from 50V1 when required Coordinate with laboratory person for LABSA testing Note field parameters on field reading formats Maintain monthly record of raw material receiving Perform all operational work in accordance with safety & security SOPs Maintain good housekeeping in plant premises Perform other related duties as directed by Shift Engineer
