*Department:* Finance *Job Location:* OMI Hospital, Saddar, DHA
*Education Required:* – Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Experience Required:* – 3–5 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in healthcare or financial institutions.
*Job Responsibilities:* – *Customer Service:* Provide professional assistance to patients, explain payment procedures, and coordinate with relevant departments regarding billing matters. – *Compliance & Documentation:* Maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and manage confidential documents properly. – *Coordination:* Work closely with Billing, Admissions, Corporate Office, and Patient Accounts departments to resolve payment-related issues and support financial operations.
*Skills & Competencies Required:* – Strong numerical and reconciliation skills – Knowledge of MS Excel and Hospital Information Systems – Good communication and customer service skills – High level of integrity and accountability – Ability to work under pressure and handle large transaction volumes – Attention to detail and accuracy – Knowledge of cash handling procedures and computerized billing systems
*Working Hours:* As per hospital duty roster, including weekends, public holidays, and shift duties as required.
