VACANCY DETAILS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1. Manager – Yarn Dyeing (Socks Division) Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience Required: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Yarn Dyeing, preferably in the Socks/Hosiery Textile Industry. Key Skills & Knowledge Required: Strong knowledge of cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, and blended yarn dyeing. Expertise in reactive, disperse, acid, and cationic dyeing processes. Excellent understanding of color matching, shade approval, lab dips, bulk dyeing, and color fastness standards. Experience in production planning, process optimization, and cost control. Knowledge of quality assurance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Familiarity with chemical management, dye recipes, and environmental compliance. Ability to lead production teams, manage KPIs, and meet delivery targets. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
