1. MANAGER – ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS Job Overview: Lead electrical, electronics, and automation maintenance functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for ensuring maximum equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a high-performing maintenance team. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience Required: 8–10 years of relevant maintenance and automation experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and electrical systems. Proven leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, electronics, and automation systems. Supervise troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, control panels, and machine electronics. Plan and oversee maintenance of utilities: compressors, chillers, boilers, RO plant, water pumps, and ETP. Manage automation projects, machine modifications, panel upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment. Coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors, and OEMs for parts and technical support. Conduct RCA, prepare technical documentation, and implement corrective actions for major breakdowns. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, HSE requirements, and risk assessment protocols. Lead and develop the maintenance team with a performance-driven work environment.
