M365 Expertise: Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune). Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments. Strong background in network infrastructure support, including wireless and VPN troubleshooting. Mandatory experience in backup management and infrastructure operations.
