*Experience Required*: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Garments Finishing Quality.
*Other Requirements*: – Strong knowledge of garment finishing, inspection systems, AQL standards, and customer requirements – Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
*Key Responsibilities*: Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities in the Finishing department, ensure compliance with customer specifications and AQL standards, monitor finishing processes to minimize defects, conduct root cause analysis and CAPA, coordinate with Production, Technical, Merchandising and IE teams, lead customer and internal audits, train and mentor the quality team, and prepare quality performance reports for management.

*Other Requirements*: – Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, quality systems, AQL, and root cause analysis – Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
*Key Responsibilities*: Supervise daily QA activities to meet customer and company quality standards, monitor inline and final inspections, investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions, coordinate with production teams to reduce defects, maintain QA documentation and compliance records, support customer audits, and train inspectors and supervisors on quality standards and inspection procedures.
