LIST OF VACANCIES IT Support Officer – 01 Position
1. IT SUPPORT OFFICER Education Required: At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant field [IT, Computer Science, or related] Experience Required: 1-2 Years of experience Key Skills Required: IT Infrastructure Management Technical Troubleshooting Information Security Awareness Problem Solving Customer Service Orientation Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, IT hardware, CCTV equipment, and network devices. Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment safety. Manage IT security and user administration, including user accounts, access rights, passwords, antivirus protection, and Level-1 Help Desk support with timely escalation. Monitor and support IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, SAP, CCTV, PABX, fiber connectivity, UPS, and remote users. Ensure timely issue resolution. Plan and execute IT services, including service scheduling, application rollouts, hardware replacements, remote support, and timely closure of support requests. Manage IT administration, including inventory, purchase requisitions, reservations, vendor coordination, payment processing, documentation, and reporting. Drive operational excellence by evaluating system performance, testing new technologies, identifying improvement opportunities, supporting users, and providing off-hours assistance as required.[PRs]
