3. *Government Recognition*: All qualifications must be obtained from a government-recognized institute or polytechnic
4. *Age Limit*: Maximum age is 25 years on 28-02-2027
5. *Ineligibility*: Post Masters and Engineering Degrees holders are not eligible to apply
6. *One Post Rule*: Candidate cannot apply for more than one post of the entire project
