*1. Material Management/Inventory Controller* – *Education*: B. Com, BBA, DAE, or equivalent degree – *Experience*: 8-10 years in material management or inventory control within the construction or EPC sector – *Skills Required*: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and inventory/ERP software – *Job Description*: 1. *MTR Management*: Process Material Transfer Requests (MTRs) and coordinate timely material movement to project sites. Maintain records of all MTRs and corresponding Outward Gate Passes (OGP) upon site delivery 2. *Material Verification*: Inspect and verify incoming site materials against supporting documents and report any discrepancies 3. *Software Data Entry*: Record material receipts, issuances, transfers, and daily consumption in the inventory management system 4. *Inventory Reporting*: Prepare weekly and monthly inventory, stock movement, consumption, and reconciliation reports for management 5. *Stock Monitoring*: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements to avoid stock shortages
