Assistant Manager Financial Reporting Qualification Required: CA Finalist / ACCA (Qualified) Experience Required: 2 to 3 years Skills Required: Proven experience in fixed assets, stock reconciliations, and general ledger reviews Deep technical knowledge of IFRS standards and financial statement preparation Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with external auditors and internal teams Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Conduct detailed GL reviews, variance analysis, monthly closing entries, and comprehensive account reconciliations Coordinate internal and external audit processes, providing required data to ensure timely closure of assignments Manage fixed assets accounting and perform stock reconciliations to ensure strict compliance with internal controls Support management with ad-hoc financial reporting, system data preparation, and other cross-functional requests
