Department Administration / Operations Support Key Responsibilities & Job Description Accurate Data Input: Efficiently enter, update, and maintain company records, production logs, and administrative data into the system. Documentation & Filing: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible. Quality Control: Review data for errors, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the integrity of the database. Administrative Support: Assist the Operations and Administration departments with daily computer-related tasks and reporting. Workflow Management: Follow company data programs and source documents to complete tasks within deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICom / ICS) or equivalent. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Windows PC operations. Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
