Sr. Deputy Manager (Accounts) Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Part-qualified CFA, CMA, or CA candidates will be preferred Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Textile Apparel industry Skills Required: Team Management Skills Strong Communication Skills Risk Assessment Ability Key Responsibilities: Manage Provident Fund Trust accounts, reconciliations, deductions, and loan records Coordinate with financial institutions and fund managers regarding PF matters and investments Support investment and asset allocation decisions Monitor investment performance, ROI, and financial risks Prepare compliance and financial reports Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards Arrange monthly PF Trust meetings
