ASSISTANT MANAGER – SERVICES Education Required: BSc Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience Required: Up to 6 years of experience Key Requirements: Strong technical and leadership skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Good knowledge of electrical systems, machinery controls, and heavy equipment Strong customer handling and communication skills Ability to manage field service operations and technical teams Preferred: Experience in earthmoving, asphalt, milling, or paver machinery Responsibilities: Supervise and manage service operations for heavy machinery and construction equipment Lead and support the service team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and field service activities Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, control, and machinery-related faults Coordinate with customers and provide effective technical support and solutions Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service requests Monitor service engineers and technicians to ensure quality and timely completion of assignments Support the commissioning, testing, installation, and maintenance of machinery Review service reports and maintain proper records of service activities Coordinate with internal departments regarding spare parts, technical issues, and customer requirements Identify recurring technical issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with company safety, technical, and service quality standards Conduct site visits and provide technical support whenever required
