ASSISTANT MANAGER DIGITAL MARKETING Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or a related field Experience Required: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing SKILLS REQUIRED: Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, SEO Website management, performance marketing, and analytics Skilled in managing in-house and agency-led campaigns, content planning, creative teams, and campaign optimization for maximum ROI THE INCUMBENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, monthly content calendars, and multi-platform campaigns across social media, website, SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid advertising to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, online communities, corporate website, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and digital assets while ensuring consistent branding and an excellent user experience Lead digital campaigns by coordinating agencies, monitoring KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ROI, and maintaining budgets, media plans, and performance reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Sales, Corporate Communications, and Marketing, while supervising creative teams to deliver high-quality employer branding and marketing content Drive continuous improvement by implementing SEO best practices, leveraging AI tools and emerging digital trends, analyzing competitors, and introducing innovative digital initiatives
