AM / DM – Terry Merchandiser Education: Not specified in the advertisement Experience: Not specified in the advertisement Key Responsibilities / Skills Required: Plan and monitor production activities to ensure on-time shipments as per customer requirements Analyze Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth production execution Ensure timely availability of BOMs, accessories, PRs, and product specification updates as per SOPs Monitor production progress and balance quantities (B%) to prevent shipment delays and shortages Coordinate with Marketing & Export for timely shipment documentation and invoice processing Ensure timely approval of finished goods and achievement of weekly OTIF shipment targets Maintain accurate production, shipment, and PO records Conduct regular production floor inspections to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met Supervise team performance, ensure compliance with 5S standards, and complete assigned tasks within timelines
