LIST OF VACANCIES Assistant / Deputy Manager HSE & Q – 01 Position
1. ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER HSE & Q Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are preferred Experience Required: 6-9 years of relevant HSE experience in the manufacturing or process industry, preferably in the sugar, chemical processing, or FMCG sector Key Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management practices Experience in incident investigation, HSE audits, emergency response, and training Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems Key Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and company policies Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits, and implement corrective actions Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective measures Develop and deliver HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness initiatives Monitor environmental performance, waste management, emissions, and pollution control measures Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response planning Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports, and statutory compliance requirements Liaise with regulatory authorities and support external audits and inspections Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and contractors in HSE initiatives Benefits Offered: Market-competitive salary along with multiple bonuses, Provident Fund, Free accommodation and other benefits
