*Job Responsibilities*: – Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office management – Handle employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation – Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes – Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies – Coordinate employee benefits, performance evaluations, and training activities
*Requirements*: – Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and office administration – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
