*Key Responsibilities:* – Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reconciliation. – Support variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance. – Help prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports. – Assist in cash flow planning and monitor daily operational expenses. – Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and audit standards. – Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory efficiency. – Support vendor and supplier payment processes, including invoice validation and timely disbursement.
