Quality Executive – 01 Position

1. QUALITY EXECUTIVE
Education Required:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control in the poultry or food industry will be preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, GHP, and HACCP.
Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Maintain quality records and documentation accurately.
Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Investigate quality issues and support in corrective & preventive actions.
Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure product quality and safety.
