– *Required Skill Set*:
– Hands-on experience looking after Caterpillar/Jenbacher & MTU LV & MV Generators
– Hands-on experience looking after Cooling Towers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers
– Having command on MS Office to handle Documentation, Emails and Projects
– Hands-on experience of Sync/SCADA System
– *Key Responsibilities*:
– Look after all Generators, cooling towers, pumps & Heat Exchangers 100% fit, up to date & ready to run on Prime/Stand-by position; plan & carry out timely maintenance
– Ensure availability to Shift Staff to support in case of any emergency or breakdown of generators
– Co-ordinate between E&E staff and generator operator to manage genset load accordingly
– Timely carry out Routine PM of all gensets and keep their records
– For major repair/troubleshooting on any genset, timely contact Allied/Orient/RA Engineering Service Teams, monitor activities, verify work, and keep under observation
– Look after in-house store, minimum recommended stock of consumables and contingency spares
– Look after cooling tower and genset water parameters according to required specifications
– Water Testing JW & AC Closed Circuit all genset Record Maintaining
– Must be able to synchronize different gensets/utility grid/Solar etc via SCADA/Soft Sync
– Must have knowledge of Electrical Power distribution equipment such as Transformers, AVR, MV/LV Switchgears etc
– Maintain up-to-date documentation: PM, OH and shutdown record of individual genset; Parts/Material indented, pending and received; Emergency Parts in PH ready stock; In-out gate pass/FSR etc; Data for daily and monthly reports
– Look after Documentation/Designing/Installation of BESS/Solar System
