Manager Procurement* – *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field – *Experience*: Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the textile manufacturing industry – *Key Skills Required*: – Manage procurement of raw materials, chemicals, packaging, spare parts, and other production-related items – Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing – Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met – Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers – Monitor market trends and analyze procurement risks – Prepare procurement budgets, reports, and cost-saving initiatives – Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations – Manage supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
