Coffee Passion: A genuine passion for delivering great coffee and high-quality beverages. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a warm and welcoming attitude. Communication: Strong English communication skills. Flexibility: Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Bonus Qualification: Pre-opening experience is considered a plus! 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, espresso drinks, and specialty coffees according to brand standards. Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with guests to provide recommendations. Operate and maintain coffee machinery, grinders, and brewing equipment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workstation organization.
