Restaurant Manager Role Summary: Lead the venue’s daily operations, manage front-of-house staff, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and drive financial success. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day floor operations to ensure seamless guest experiences. Lead, train, and motivate floor and bar staff. Oversee inventory management, sales targets, and cost control. Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure brand quality standards are maintained. 2. Goods Receiver Role Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and managing incoming stock, ingredients, and supplies across the venue. Key Responsibilities: Inspect all incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and correct specification. Verify delivery notes and invoices against purchase orders.
