Executive HSE Reports To: AM/DM HSE Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: Minimum 03-05 years of experience in HSE role in an industrial / manufacturing setup Automobile Industry experience preferred Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety or related field Certification Required: NEBOSH Certification is mandatory Skills Required: Good knowledge of HSE laws, regulations and international standards Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: Support in the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures and standards Assist in conducting workplace inspections and HSE audits Help identify hazards and assist in implementing control measures Assist in incident investigations and documentation of corrective & preventive actions Support in organizing HSE trainings, toolbox talks and awareness programs Assist in maintaining HSE records, reports and data Support in monitoring compliance with legal and other HSE requirements Assist in promoting a positive safety culture across the organization Role Purpose: To assist in ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace by supporting HSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a strong safety culture Core Competencies: Safety Focus, Integrity, Teamwork
