1. ASSISTANT MANAGER SEWING – GARMENTS Education Required: Graduate / Diploma in Textile or Garment Technology Experience Required: 5 to 6 years of experience in garments sewing operations Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily sewing operations to achieve production targets Coordinate with Store and Cutting departments to ensure timely material availability Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues promptly Ensure machine availability by coordinating with the Maintenance team Maintain product quality in accordance with buyer requirements Supervise operators and helpers to maximize productivity and minimize absenteeism impact Ensure timely line readiness and adherence to production plans
