Manager – Yarn Dyeing (Socks Division) Education & Experience Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Yarn Dyeing, preferably in the Socks/Hosiery Textile Industry Technical Expertise Required: Strong knowledge of cotton, polyester, nylon, wool, and blended yarn dyeing Expertise in reactive, disperse, acid, and cationic dyeing processes Excellent understanding of color matching, shade approval, lab dips, bulk dyeing, and color fastness standards Familiarity with chemical management, dye recipes, and environmental compliance Management Skills Required: Experience in production planning, process optimization, and cost control Knowledge of quality assurance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Ability to lead production teams, manage KPIs, and meet delivery targets Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
