*Education Required:* Meet one of the following: 1. Master’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with minimum 5 years’ relevant managerial experience; OR 2. Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 8 years’ relevant managerial experience
*Mandatory Certifications:* 1. Successfully completed ADOSH-SF Practitioner Course 2. Grade A ADOSH Practitioner Registration [or equivalent approval] 3. ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification
*Experience Required:* 1. Minimum 15 years of Health & Safety experience 2. Extensive experience in construction projects 3. Experience managing HSE teams on major construction projects
*Skills Required:* – Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Lead and manage all OHS activities across project sites 2. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ADOSH requirements, and client standards 3. Develop and implement HSE management systems and strategies 4. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments 5. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions 6. Lead HSE meetings, training, and emergency preparedness 7. Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
