1. ASSISTANT MANAGER MAINTENANCE Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university. Experience Required: 2 to 3 years proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale facilities. Strong hands-on experience in Refrigeration & HVAC systems. Key Skills Required: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good vendor management and coordination skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Own: Oversee maintenance operations for refrigeration, HVAC, and other critical equipment. Ensure smooth functioning of cooling systems across stores and facilities. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance support. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Drive cost-effective maintenance planning and execution. Maintain maintenance logbooks, service records, and performance reports for all refrigeration, HVAC, and critical equipment.
