Manager – Store Operations* – *Education*: Minimum Bachelor’s degree – *Experience*: 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in retail management and at least 5+ years in a similar role of managing store operations independently – *Key Responsibilities*: 1. Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and increase sales and profitability 2. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals 3. Coordinate with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaigns that require special merchandising displays 4. Analyze and prepare reports to make sound business decisions and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved; responsible for planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store and collating daily sales 5. Develop, direct, and motivate the store team to deliver great service to all customers, generate sales/profit, minimize losses and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained
