Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within the apparel manufacturing industry. SKILLS: Strong knowledge of work study, time & motion study, line balancing, and capacity planning. Experience in productivity improvement and lean manufacturing. Excellent analytical and leadership skills. Ensure proper utility of resources. Identify and resolve bottlenecks. Work on lean wastages to reduce hidden losses and cost. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Industrial Engineering functions across production. Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency. Optimize manpower utilization and production layouts. Implement lean manufacturing initiatives. Monitor productivity KPIs and recommend improvements.
