*Key Responsibilities:* – Lead and Manage social, Environmental, HSE, Traceability, and sustainability compliance across the organization – Plan, coordinate, and lead customer and third party audits including BSCI, WRAP, HIGG, FEM/FSLM (SLCP), GTW, and ensure timely closure of audit findings – Ensure compliance with Punjab labor laws, NEQS, statutory regulations, and customer codes of conduct – Lead and manage traceability and chain of custody audits and certifications, including GOTS, OCS, GRS, and Regenagri – Develop and deliver compliance training programs and coordinate with HR, production, HSE, quality, procurement, and sourcing teams to drive continuous compliance and improvements – Oversee chemical management systems, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and manage chemical compliance platforms such as Bhive
