Job Overview Company: GESCO (Delivering Excellence in MEP Solutions) Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor (Post Contract) Key Responsibilities Prepare and verify billing and invoicing for ongoing projects. Perform accurate quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and other estimation tools. Handle post-contract estimation and cost analysis activities. Prepare and submit variation claims with supporting documentation. Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure cost control and compliance. Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy in estimations. Support management with financial and progress reports. Requirements Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: 5–8 years of UAE experience in estimation, billing, and post-contract activities with a contracting company. Software/Tools: Proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel for quantity take-off and cost estimation. Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and variation claims.
