1. DEPUTY MANAGER – FINANCE Education Required: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting Hands-on experience with SAP B1 is mandatory Key Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Sales Analysis, COGS statements, and overhead allocation General Ledger Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations between GL and subsidiary modules/control accounts including AP, AR, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Production, and Sales Monthly Closing: Lead and execute monthly closing activities in SAP B1, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Fixed Asset Register (FAR): Maintain and reconcile FAR, including depreciation schedules and asset capitalization Budgeting & Controls: Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and implementation of financial controls Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
