1. CCTV SUPERVISOR Education Required: Minimum Intermediate qualification Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCTV operations or security surveillance Experience in hotel, mall, or commercial facilities will be preferred Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and reporting skills Basic computer knowledge Willing to work in rotational shifts KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across the hotel and mall premises Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards Coordinate with the Security Department during incidents and emergency situations Ensure uninterrupted operation of CCTV systems and immediately report any technical faults Maintain CCTV footage records and prepare daily incident and surveillance reports Monitor access control activities and ensure compliance with security protocols Assist in investigations by retrieving and reviewing CCTV footage when required Coordinate with the IT and Maintenance teams to ensure CCTV equipment remains fully operational Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security-related information Ensure all surveillance activities comply with company policies and security procedures
