LIST OF VACANCIES MANAGER ACCOUNTS (GENERAL LEDGER)
1. MANAGER ACCOUNTS (GENERAL LEDGER) Education Required: CA Inter, ACCA, ACMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions in SAP Business One Responsible to develop and provide the management reports extracted from SAP or otherwise Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger and Chart of Accounts Review journal vouchers and GL postings for accuracy and compliance Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Reconcile GL balances with sub-ledgers and bank accounts Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR for timely transaction recording Monitor pending postings and ensure completion within agreed timelines Liaison with External Auditors for intime completion of statutory audit Prepare GL reports, schedules, and management information Recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controls
