MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Education Required: Not mentioned Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Facility Management, Property Management, or Real Estate Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Maintenance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and teams effectively A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory Immediate joiners will be given preference Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily maintenance operations for residential and commercial properties Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests while maintaining quality and safety standards Coordinate with tenants, clients, and internal departments to resolve maintenance issues Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation Monitor inventory, spare parts, and material requirements Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards
