POST-CONTRACT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (SITE) Education Required: Not mentioned Experience Required: Experience in post-contract QS / site commercial works Background in aluminium, glass, façade, curtain wall, doors or windows Experience in interim payment applications, variations and final accounts Key Requirements & Skills: Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, measurement and quantity take-off Ability to coordinate with project, site, procurement and production teams Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD / Bluebeam / PlanSwift is an advantage Knowledge of FIDIC or construction contracts is preferred Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills
