Senior Manager – Operational Accounting Education Required: CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance / Master’s in Accounting or Finance Experience Required: 8–10 years of relevant experience in operational accounting, accounts payable, and fixed assets. Preferably within the OMC, manufacturing, or FMCG sector. Key Skills / Knowledge Required: Strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), financial controls, and audit processes Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end operational accounting, including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting (IFRS 16), and inventory accounting Ensure timely payment processing, accurate financial records, and compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal control policies Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, audit coordination, and financial reporting Drive process improvements through ERP optimization, automation, and implementation of operational KPIs Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Treasury, and other business functions to ensure efficient financial operations Lead, mentor, and develop the operational accounting team while fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
