LIST OF VACANCIES Senior Deputy Manager – Sampling Quality – 01 Position
1. SENIOR DEPUTY MANAGER – SAMPLING QUALITY Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality & Performance Management, MS in Total Quality Management [TQM] or a related field. Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in sampling quality preferably within the apparel, or garment manufacturing industry. Key Skills / Requirements: Strong knowledge of buyer requirements, garment construction, measurements, and workmanship. Excellent analytical, leadership & stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality inspections for Development, Fit, PP, Salesman, and Production samples to ensure compliance with buyer standards. Verify garment measurements, workmanship, construction, and finishing before sample submissions. Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Sampling teams to achieve Right First Time [RFT] approvals. Identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements. Mentor the Sampling Quality team while ensuring timely sample approvals and on-time submissions.
